The stretches I started doing daily a week ago are really starting to pay off. It's much easier to get out of bed and I feel a bit 'looser' in my body. On Day 1 I could barely even get into position, now I'm starting to look at form and really feeling the stretch. 👍

That's fantastic! I need to get back into a routine. I used to do a bit of a pseudo-yoga thing pretty regularly.

Nice...! I started getting more serious about doing almost daily exercises and the difference is huge, I had an old pain that went away and mentally I'm better too... it's good stuff, that's for sure.
