Something I learned when we sold our Wellington house — there were a million clean-up things to do, so by and large I didn't work from a plan, but just grabbed an item and did it.
Tomorrow an estate agent is visiting for an initial talk so we're focussed on making the house look tidy and clean.
Cheri @Miraz It sounds like things are moving along! Have you already chosen the design/floor plan for your new home?
Miraz Jordan @cheribaker Yes, that was all sorted before the documents were signed. It's a house and land package so that's how it works. Now we just sit back and wait while things progress at their end. Meanwhile we're hustling to get our current house on the market while the weather's good in February-May. Lots of cleaning and clearing!
