What a weasel. They look kind of cute, but appearances are deceptive. I don’t think we had them natively here before either, but the fur industry had runaways, so they are in the wild now. Glad it became a success story.

@odd Stoats are very handsome but also vicious killers. They killed maybe half a dozen of my Japanese Quail over the years.

Yes, they are. I used to see them while rod-fishing in the river next to where I grew up.
