Too big for your boots, AI! I made my Micro Camp 2023 presentation video and then had the wonderful free Mac app Aiko transcribe the audio (brilliantly). Except this line at the end:

Huh? I never said that! I edited my video, so transcribed again. Again it ended with that text which I never said!

@MitchW That looks good. Personally I don't need the extra features but if I was doing this stuff a lot or in connection with paid work I'd probably look closer. Aiko also magically removed my ums and ers. When I listed to my audio I corrected about 4 errors and added a bunch of capital letters (for menu item names, mainly). Miraculously it correctly capitalised all kinds of words.

Hm, that's pretty amusing. Good thing it didn't assume you were making a YouTube video and finished with something like "please like, comment, and subscribe."

@lmika Every time I made an explainer video for work I was soooo tempted to say like and subscribe and then point at nothing at the end (there was no ability for people to like or subscribe to anything I made).
My friend and I would joke about how many likes I’d get with each video (again, there was no ability to like anything).
“I bet I’ll get like, umm, probably seven likes?” And she’d get all excited and say, “That’s really good!”
We played YouTube Star Sensation and Encouraging Fan a lot.
Ohhhh we have fun at work, don’t we.

@UndamnedOne Seven virtual likes for an explainer video for work is good. It's more than the actual number of likes I've got for my one and only YouTube video I've ever made. Of course, I shouldn't be surprised: I didn't ask anyone to like, comment, or subscribe. 😄
