This little green cutie is the Korimako | Bellbird 🐦 :
Bellbirds are green with a short, curved bill, slightly forked tail, and noisy whirring, fast and direct flight.
Clifford Beshers I stayed in an airbnb for three weeks and heard what I believed was a Bellbird every day. Such a beautiful tune, but not one I could memorize. Somehow, I could only hear it, never sing it back.

Clifford Beshers Lake Wanaka. I listened to s bunch of recordings of bellbirds, and they all sounded exactly right, except the tune was slightly different. I never figured out if that was a regional variation or a different species altogether. I never saw the bird, only heard the song.
