As I use my Mac and iPhone and websites and apps and whatnot I realise that the more ‘security’ I have to pass through the less I pay attention — yeah, yeah, just give me what I want. I’m a human, not the holder of the secret nuclear launch codes, after all.
Miraz Jordan @Ddanielson Like ads on websites that have trained me to laser focus my attention on the material I want (ie the text and images etc I was hoping to find) and just not see the garbage, all the popups about newsletters and discounts and cookies and DMCA and all the other stuff has trained me to ignore even more. I feel a bit like the bad guy in a TV chase scene pushing people out of the way and hurdling rubbish bins and other barriers to get free.
