Interesting, I had thought Russia had the highest rate of cat ownership by household! But it looks like they're only at 33% (except there was one anomalous year where it sprung up to 39% – that must've been the year I read about Russia having the highest rate 🤣). At any rate, it's good to hear NZ cats are eating well 😉

@jayeless I initially assumed it'd be an article about NZ cats eating native wildlife … I guess millions of dollars of imported food is the better option.

Haha, that was my first thought as well. I'd thought it was a little strange they put a number on the financial value of native wildlife… definitely preferable that it was about cat food 😛
