Russian Sweet Cheese Pancakes Syrniki
This weeks International Breakfast (at lunchtime) was Russian Sweet Cheese Pancakes Syrniki (Made with Curd Cheese), which we made with Ricotta, because that’s what we could buy.
Not bad for a first try.
