I’ve been using the Atkinson Hyperlegible Font | Braille Institute for a while now and really like it:
it focuses on letterform distinction to increase character recognition, ultimately improving readability. We are making it free for anyone to use!

I love simplicity and silence. I enjoy taking photos of birds. I also enjoy drinking tea — green, white, yellow, but not black.
