In 1990 I worked in Adult Literacy. I raised funds to attend a Conference in Edmonton, then sent a report to an MP who contributed (who had also been a favourite science teacher of mine). Luckily I still have her response as I need it in my application for NZ Super.

Requirements for a secondary ID include an item over 2 years old. A letter from a Member of Parliament in 1991.
