I’ve been watching the Introduction to Hugo videos from Mike Dane and am up to #22. They’re really good. Problems so far:
typos (mine)
working in the wrong folder / directory
files from previous videos ‘interfering’.
I don’t yet understand the hierarchy of folders.
Christopher Turner Good for you for diving in. I looked briefly at Hugo and a few other non-database type CMSes when I was going to finally update my blog, but just didn't have the bandwidth to devote to it. Ended up going with WordPress, and it's been delivering.
I'm interested in hearing what you think when you're through it all!
Miraz Jordan @retrophisch The videos I referred to were excellent. If you already have some familiarity with HTML, CSS and such things it seems fairly straightforward (so far — I haven't actually really tried implementing anything on Micro.Blog yet).
