While I'm not into sardine maxing, for even a second, apparently we should eat oily fish once or more per week.

I used to eat Brunswick sardines, but eventually realised that a] I didn't actually like them very much and b] I have no idea why I thought they were from Canada, but they're not.

The other day I discovered these Baltic Valesta smoked sardines. They're pretty good, though I don't enjoy too much smoked food at any one time.
