We live very close to the Ruakākā racecourse and I thought I'd throw $20 away in a bet on some random horse today.

As it happened I didn't get all the way in to the racecourse when the first race came thundering round the bend before the home straight. I grabbed a photo, and came home, saving $20. 😁
